Who Am I?

My name is Angela Pena and I am a local Real Estate Agent in Contra Costa County. I have been married 41 years to my amazing husband Rick and we have 5 wonderful children and 15 grandchildren who are a true blessing. We have lived in the Brentwood/Oakley area for the last 40 years and love the feel of community here. God has called me to real estate to be a blessing to others, but not just to my clients. He has given me a vision to show love and support to others all over the world. You may have noticed my slogan, which reads, “Fulfilling Dreams 2 Homes At A Time”. This means that for every house I sell or successfully close for a buyer, I will be donating funds to have a home built for someone in a third world country, or helping in a variety of ways (schools, food provisions, elderly care homes, safe homes, etc...) that show people how much God loves them. So not only will I have the blessing of helping you fulfill your dreams, but I will be helping others as well, which is very exciting! Through the years, with the help of my clients and our non profit partners, we have filled a multitude of needs (Ministry Tab above) in Third World countries.

My Real Estate Business: I have been with Realty One Group the past 13 years and have become a top rated agent both locally and nationally. I currently serve both sellers and buyers to help fulfill their dreams and goals. I am a Certified New Home Specialist as well as being Residential Construction Certified. This is beneficial to my clients in giving advice for updates and staging of their homes to bring the highest value. It truly has become my professional niche. With a team of professionals, I offer assistance to help my clients sell at the highest market value. My investing and real estate knowledge can help buyers understand the current market, which results in receiving keys in a timely manner.
